Entry:

You may enter the “Get on the Green Wagon” Drawing by purchasing a raffle ticket. The drawing will be held on Monday August 4th at 7:30 pm at the “8 @ 8 Series” performance in Hanna Park.

Prize:

A Honda Metropolitan motor scooter, provided by season sponsor Chenango Imports, supports the green theme of this season by offering a transportation mode that reduces fuel consumption and reduces air pollution.

Terms and Conditions:

The “Get on the Green Wagon” raffle ticket is offered by Utica Monday Nite Corporation, a New York State not-for-profit corporation qualified under Sec. 501 ( c ) ( 3 ) of the Internal Revenue Code to benefit Utica Monday Nite Corporation. Ticket price is $10.00. Your payment may be made by cash or check paid to Utica Monday Nite Corporation ( memo-raffle) or funds credited to Utica Monday Nite Corporation against a MasterCard, Visa or Discover charge account. Purchases may be made on line at raffle.uticamondaynite.com, mailed to Utica Monday Nite, PO Box.355, Utica, NY 13503, or purchased on site Monday evenings at Hanna Park until 7 pm, August 4, 2008. Mailed purchases must be received no later than delivery Thursday, July 31st. The winner of the raffle will be selected by a public drawing on August 4th on the Hanna Park Stage. The winner will be notified by certified mail on the following day and must claim the prize by the following Monday, August 11th. If the first drawing winner has not made the claim by that date, a second drawing will take place in the same manner and with the same follow-up rules. The retail value of the scooter is $1,950.00. The winner is responsible for the sales tax and registration of the scooter. No Utica Monday Nite board member, nor their family members are eligible to win. No employee of Chenango Motors, nor their family members are eligible to win. Tickets are not transferable.
